FROZEN OF DEHYDRATED MANGO

For 4 – 6 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 90 gr of Alibú dehydrated mango
  2. 1 cup of passion fruit/orange/pineapple concentrate/pulp or water
  3. 4 cups of Greek Yogurt

Preparation:

  1. Hydrate for 5 min 90 gr of dehydrated mango from @alibuecuador in 1 tz of passion fruit concentrate (with orange or pineapple it is also delicious, even with water)
  2. Blend the mixture in 4 cups of Greek yogurt and sweeten it as you wish
  3. For the frozen, @alestilotania used the ice cream maker, or advises freezing the mixture and then blending it so that it has the consistency you like.
  4. Add @alibuecuador dehydrated mango as topping
