Oatmeal Cookies

For 20 servings

Ingredients:

1.       225g of oats

2.       225 g of common flour

3.       250 g of nuts and 1 Alibú snack

4.       140g unsalted butter

5.       225 g of sugar (of your preference)

6.       90 ml of syrup

7.       2 tablespoons of boiling wáter

8.       1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Mix the dry ingredients and then add the liquids

3. When you have the dough ready, make the balls and flatten them slightly in the mold.

4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.

To eat!
