Alibú Healthy Waffles

For 2-4 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup oatmeal flakes 
  2. 1/2 cup of water  
  3. 1/2 banana  
  4. 1 tablespoon of hydrated chia   
  5. cinnamon and a pinch of salt to taste topping the fruity snack from @alibu-ecuador

Preparation

  1. Mix the dry ingredients and then the wet ingredients.
  2. Pre-heat your waffle maker
  3. Spray a bit of oil (better if it is vegetable and healthier, for example: coconut, olive, avocado, etc.)
  4. Wait 3 min until it is well cooked and do not lift the lid before
  5. Place the topping Tropical Paradise snack from @alibu-ecuador
